Rotary Type Waste Plastic PE PP Film Washing Line
1. Product Description:
It used to recycling the waste PE/PP film and sack. The production line including the conveyor belt, metal detector (Optional), Wet crusher,material floating,high speed friction washing, centrifuge dewatering machine, drying system and material collecting.
We have special crusher, grinder machine for the film, sack, with special blades design and the mesh design; so the output material is smaller size but capacity is higher; It will help the washing the material more cleaning;And save labor cost and save energy; You also can choose use the shredder machine to reduction the material size, its according to your requirement; if use the shredder, the blades will lasting longer time and save blades changing labor cost.
This production line can come with the plastic baler machine, to produce the plastic bale easy for transportation. Also we have the hydraulic bale cutting machine, it can shearing the bale into smaller pieces. After the shearing, we have the trommel machine use to screening out the inside sand, rocks from the material.

3. Material characteristics
The material to be treated is PP or PE film with contamination of:
Residues of original film or bag content, Metal, dust or sand accumulated during transportation or permanence in air. The materials can be loose, the operators should open the bale before introducing material into the line.
Finished product: scraps
Moisture: <3%.
Size: ≤20mm.
4. Working Flow (500kg/h advanced system)
--- Belt conveyor: conveying dirty plastic film or bags into crusher. if there is some scrap iron, metal detector may be needed.
--- T-series crusher: with water, cut plastic film or bags into small size
--- Friction washing loader machine: washing out the sand, soil and loading the material
--- Floating washing tank: washing out the sand, soil and dirty from the material
--- Friction washer loader: load plastic flakes into the next step
--- Floating washer tank: washing out the sand and dirty from the material
--- Screw loader: load material into the next step
--- High speed friction washer machine: washing out sand, soil and remove dirty water

b. Electricity network: 380V/50Hz (Adjustable according to your local voltage standard)
c. Wire/cables: wires/cables from customer's general control cabinet to the main control cabinet for film washing line; all electrical cable from the main control cabinet to each machine.
d. Heat supply: A steam boiler and steel pipes covered with temperature-preservation layer to hot washer
e. Means for lifting the machines when unloading and positioning
f. Everything else not clearly mentioned above
